VCEDA Supports Coalfields Expressway
Describing the proposed Coalfields Expressway as the “missing link” to long-term sustainability of the recent economic transformation under way in the coalfields, the Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority today adopted a resolution in support of the efforts to obtain state and federal funding to move development of the highway forward. The resolution will be sent to Virginia Governor Tim Kaine and members of the General Assembly.
